My families favourite tea time snack is Masala Papad , this is healthy and tasty and very easy to make ..

Masala Papad ( Healthy Snack ) |
Ingredients :-
- Papad - 1 Any of your choice (I prefer Amirtsari Garlic Papad )
- Onion - Half ( Finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1/4 ( Finely Chopped)
- Cucumber - 2 to 3 small pieces ( Finely Chopped)
- Green Chili - 1/2 ( Finely Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves - Few strands ( Finely Chopped)
- Chaat Masala - 2 pinches
- Red Chili Powder - 1 pinch ( Optional)
- Juice of Half Lemon
Procedure :-
- Roast Papad or microwave for 1 minute.
- Squeeze all the chopped vegetables .
- Spread the chopped onion, tomato , green chili on top of it.
- Sprinkle Chaat Masala,Red Chili Powder and then some lemon juice .
- Garnish with Coriander leaves ..
- Your Masala Papad is ready to eat ..
