Memories from the festival of colours - Yummy Bread Rolls

Usually I dont like eating fried food but this bread rolls are my childhood favourite and when they are  in front of me no matter how much I try  its impossible for me to stop my self from eating these yummy bread-rolls. At my mothers house these rolls are holi special . When we were kids on every holi my mother used to make Pakora of different type along with these bread rolls and there was a race between me and my sisters who will get the first serving . So when I got married I saw that my in-laws were not very fond of the festival called holi , they just used to do little puja and applying just a little colour which they called Abir on your for-head and thats it , this was how the holi was celebrated and because It was my first holi after marriage I was very excited and the expectation was just  anti climax so second was  not celebration means no yummy food and specially no bread rolls . So I told my husband that I want to make few pakoras for everyone and to my surprise he said ok go a head and in my excitement I made so many pakoras and bread rolls that I forgot that there were only 3 people in my family and how much can 3 people eat. but I was happy that my sister in-law and my husband they both liked the bread rolls so I was happy and for me so what if I was not able to play with the colours but I had my favourite bread rolls which were our holi special dish . Now my holi was completed. Now as we say we pass on some legacy I have passed on this to my son , he loves eating bread rolls like any thing and here he doesn't have to wait for eating bread rolls all over the year specially holi because whenever he says his mamma is always ready to make her favourite dish which is now her sons favourite as well.
