Seyal Mani ( Dish made of leftover chapatis ) Sindhi Cuisine

Seyal Mani -this dish is my favourite since  my childhood. whenever my mother used to cook chapatis at night and if in case one or two chapatis are left I was the first one to Grab the chapatis and make the seyal mani for me. Seyal Mani is basically a dish made out of leftover chapatis. In every Sindhi family this  is very common and I think every child who is from a Sindhi family  has a beautiful memories with this. I  learnt it way back from my Masi ( Maternal Aunt) I still remember whenever in my summer vacations I used to go to spend my holidays at my grandmothers house my youngest Masi she used to cook  two chapatis extra deliberately and next day making seyal mani for me . The most tasty Seyal Mani I have ever eaten was made by one of my friends mother. My Masi usually used to make it in cumin and tomato gravy but my friends mother she had made it in garlic tomato gravy and I liked it the most. so from there I got the idea to cook it in garlic and tomato gravy rather then with cumin.
