Shrimps cooked in sauces

Today is Sunday and My husband has brought some shrimps from the Fish Market. Being Bengali he loves fish. Before Marriage I don't use to take fish. what fish I don't even used to take any non veg dish not even an egg. But after marrying a true heart bengali I came to knew about the taste of different non veg dishes like chicken, Mutton, Fishes,Crabs etc. Previously I used to think that how could people eat non veg but see now I myself eating the same. and frankly speaking I don't have any regrets for that even I am happy that I have come all along this way that today after the 9 years of my marriage I am not only cooking non veg or not only eating non veg I am also sharing my experiences with u. Some time I think that if would have not taken these I would have missed so much. I don't mean to say that the people who are pure veg are wrong everybody has their own choice to take in their life. nobody forced me to eat non veg I took this decision on my own and I am happy. so lets see how i did this experiment and it came out to be good. At Least My husband liked my this combination of Shrimps cooked in different sauces .Hope u will also like it too.

Ingredients:

Shrimps - 250 gm ( head less and tail less)
Olive Oil - 2 to 3 tsp
Honey - 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Curry leaves - 7 to 8 curry leaves
Green Chilli- 2 green chilli slit
Mustard Sauce- 2 tsp ( if u are die heart mustard fan u can put little bit more like I did)
Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp
Garlic Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

How to make :-  

First wash the shrimps and cut them into small pieces and keep aside.
Now heat the oil in a thick bottom pan once the oil is hot add mustard seeds let them crackle now add curry leaves and green chilli. Then put the shrimps in a pan and stir slowly till the time their color turn into  little golden. After that put the mentioned quantity of Mustard Sauce, Chilli Sauce. Tomato Sauce and Soya Sauce now add some water and cover the lid let it simmer for more 10 minutes stir in between for 2 to 3 time so that shrimps do not stick  . let the sauces cook properly with shrimps . then add salt stir slowly now add honey to it and mix well and turn the gas off. Now your shrimps are ready to eat . Enjoy them with chapati.
These shrimps will give you a different flavour of tangy , spicy and little bit sweet just try this once at home.
