Labra ( Bengali style mixed vegetable) Bengali Cuisine

Labra is a dish made of different vegetables, this dish is very tasty and very healthy because of its richness with all the vegetables, you can put as many as vegetables in it .
I prefer to put only four to five nos of vegetables but if you want you add can much more to it.
I have a very funny memories attached to it . When I got married I was not very much familiar with the Bengali cuisine and its terms and I used to take all things as a word of mouth, So this dish when I ate for the first time I liked it and when I asked my sister in-law who does not cook much and she told me it is  chochori, Chochori is the different type of mixed veg and so I asked her to tell me the recipe and she did so. So when my husbands maternal aunt visited to our house after our marriage for the first time so to impress her I made this dish, although she liked it she asked me from  where you have learnt this and what is the name of the dish and I very confidently said it is chochori and didi taught me and once hearing the name our aunt and her daughter started laughing and but in a positive manner then her daughter told me boudi ( sister in-law) this not chochori this is labra and our aunt she told me few more tips to improve it but I like that they enjoyed it. and when I told my sister in-law about it she said see I am no better in cooking so my gyan(Knowledge) is even less then you so what I knew I told you and this time I was laughing ...
